John has been a huge asset for the Regina Thunder with his ability to be open-minded and listen to the needs of the coaches and players. Through further investigating and checking, John has been able to develop important programs such as our goal-setting, that collaboratively brings everyone together and helps to improve the culture of the team.
He is a consistent figurehead in our clubhouse that proactively helps find other gaps and solutions that add to the team and individual growth throughout the year.
John has been a huge asset for me as a head coach as he is a sounding board but also pushes me to reflect on areas improvement.
